THE SUPREME ADMINISTRATIVE COURT DISMISSED THE APPEAL IN THE CASE OF THE FIRST CZECH CLIMATE ACTION
The article deals with the judgment of Supreme Administrative Court from 26. 11. 2024, No. 9 As 264/2023, which ruled on the appeals against the first instance decision of the Municipal Court in Prague in the case of the first Czech climate action. The decision on the first Czech climate action was 20. 2. 2023 returned by the Supreme Administrative Court to the court of first instance for a new hearing.
